KBS Consultant or any other MHC is for Book Lovers sponsors' are NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items at the event or that are mailed in.

 

If you ship books ahead of time to hold for the event, you will be sent a confirmation photo of what was sent for your verification. You will be required to sign that you received your items back when you arrive at the event.

This is a rain or shine event.

All authors must stay until 3:00 PM. Setup will begin at 9:30 AM the day of the event. Setup must be completed by 10:30 AM. You or an associate is required to be present at your table at all times. KBS Consultant or any other MHC is for Book Lovers' sponsors are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

***NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS*** If you cannot make it to either event for any reason, we are unable to transfer your table fee or ticket to the next event.
